Property Quest!

Here is a classic quest I'm implementing for this site to enjoy. Like our boards on the site, very nice right? Well now you can have one of your very own. Here's how it works.

You need to start a thread anywhere you like that's under the 'In Character' category. It can have any name you'd like, but it needs to have Property Quest or PQ in parentheses. (Property Quest/PQ)

Depending upon which board you will like, certain role play requirements must be met.

Types of boards:
-Single sub board on an existing forum. (Adding a sub board)
-Single full board on an existing forum.
-Single board on an existing forum with up to three sub boards.

Requirements:
-Must post a total 4500 words. (Total)
-Must post a total 4500 words. (By the person who's getting the board!)
-Must post a total 6000 words. (Total) And 4500 of those words must be the person after the board.

Your story line must include: At least how the character managed to acquire their new place. Why it is important enough to have its own board is also good.

Participants: Any number you want. (Cannot be single person role play)

Rewards:
-You get the board you went for. Only the original owner of the board may be the moderator of the board. Boards cannot be traded or sold to other people on the site. (However they can be deleted should you choose to, and fall under new ownership if you honestly want to role play it that way.)
-You also get a number of experience. (20,000 for the first, 35,000 for the second, and 50,000 for the third.)

Once you've completed everything; contact an Admin via pm with the following:
-General Storyline. (A link to the thread will make everything go faster)
-Name of the board and where you would like it.
-Description of the board and sub boards.
-Number of the sub boards if at all.
-Level of privacy or permissions you would like for the board(s).

Boards can be changed or modified slightly, but make sure you talk to an admin before you do so. Depending upon the degree of change, you may be asked to start a new property Quest.

This is a tagged quest—because it can be quite extensive.
